The following are restaurant inspections with critical violations, as conducted by the Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department between Aug. 1-31.

Bob Evans Restaurants, 3006 Maple Ave., Pork not discarded after seven days.

Burger King, 2565 Maple Ave., Mold built up on ice dispenser of soda machine.

Subway Dresden, 93 W. Dave Longaberger Ave., Mold built up on soda machine.

Moose Lodge, 3500 West Pike, Mold observed on ice machine.

Terry’s Tavern, 700 Linden Ave., Bare hand contact with toast observed. Raw steaks stored above ready-to-eat ham.

Maxwell’s Drive-Thru, 2759 Maysville Pike, Green peppers and onions kept past discard date.

Speedway, 111 Maysville Ave., Mold observed on slushee machine.

Campbells Foodland, 3 S. Maysville Ave., Raw sausage stored above ready-to-eat sausage in display cooler. Shampoo and contact solution stored above food products.

Tee Jayces, 1542 Maple Ave., Raw eggs over lettuce. Diced tomatoes not properly date marked. Chili not properly discarded after seven days.

Subway, 75 Maysville Pike, Mold built up on ice dispenser of soda machine.

Scrappy’s Pizza, 30 E. Third St., Frazyesburg, Prep cooler at 50 degrees; TCS at 45 degrees or above discarded.

Riesbeck Food Markets, 800 Howard St., Raw beef stored above ready-to-eat foods.

Arby’s, 2840 Maysville Pike, Sliced tomatoes held at 47 degrees; tomatoes discarded.

Putnam Tavern, 721 Putnam Ave., Walk-in cooler at 47 degrees; TCS foods are 45 degrees or above discarded. Chili kept past discard date.

Dairy Mart, 714 Pine St., Mold built up on ice dispenser of soda machine. Baby food kept past expiration date. Two live roaches observed
