The 18,768-square-foot home overlooks Bachman Branch and includes seven bedrooms, ten full baths and four half baths. Other amenities and features include, marble and hardwood floors, an elevator, billiard room, a bar, media room, climate-controlled vehicle showroom, an infinity pool, spa, outdoor kitchen, outdoor fireplaces and a tasting room with a wine cooler storage space for a 1,000 bottles.
The listing page states that the Preston Hollow estate is desirable due to the proximity to shopping, dining, the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and downtown Dallas.
Designed by Robbie Fusch of Fusch Architects, Sotheby’s Concierge Auctions scheduled the bid to open on the estate at 5 p.m. on July 14.
