A new Crane’s L&M Appliance Center store is set to open in October in Caro.

A new store is coming to the city of Caro. 

Crane’s L&M Appliance Center is opening a second location in Caro. The family-owned and operated business has been running since 1956, with its first and original location in Saginaw. 

The appliance store carries brand names such as GE, Frigidaire, and many more. Customers will be able to fully buy and lease appliances as well as get service, parts and/or maintenance. 

Store Owner Eric Crane said he’s looking forward to servicing the Thumb area and the community. The family store has serviced customers in the past living in the Thumb, but will be able to offer more with a store close by. 

“We have a very good reputation here in Saginaw,” Crane said. “We’re looking to expand the company and our reach. We’re happy to have a new location to help serve and support the community.”

The new location will be Serta certified, meaning it will be able to sell mattresses, which isn’t available at the Saginaw store. The center will also feature outdoor and commercial appliances as well. 

Crane confirmed that the Caro location will open Oct. 1 and will be located at the Caro Center, suite 1200, off W. Caro Road.
