We are a start-up beverage company consisting of a core team with demonstrable experience leading growth companies, most recently taking an on-trend beverage through its early and mid-life cycle to a significant liquidity event.  We are now taking our experience, know-how, and capital to start a new beverage brand with a variety of great tasting caffeinated SKUs to replicate our prior success on a larger scale with faster category growth.  We are high-energy and fast-moving team, and now looking to expand our core team with key contributors including our Head of Beverage Formulation.

This position requires a person who is strong in practical and technical skills in the field of new product and process development of non-alcoholic beverages in shelf stable ready-to-drink (RTD) cans.  Candidates must have the ability to integrate their technical strengths with creativity in new product development and process design, the ability to direct and handle multiple processes at one time, and the ability to communicate in a clear and persuasive manner with both internal and external stakeholders.

This person will work closely with the core team and external suppliers.  This person will be hands on and take the lead on all product formulation and production, including but not limited to managing input costs, ingredient and packaging procurement, quality assurance and product certification.
