A new trend is taking over TikTok which shows people filming their first and last drinks at a wedding, providing for a hilarious comparison.
But one man decided to take things one step further and record everything he drank during some recent nuptials.
Sam Cornforth, from the U.K., attended a British wedding and filmed the antics which ensued, as he consumed around 23 drinks over the course of a few hours.
That’s probably a personal best tbh… 🫡 #myfirstdrink #myfirstdrinkchallenge #comedy #relatable #fypシ #viral #britishhumour
Referencing the recent wedding-themed challenge, Cornforth said in the on-screen caption: "My new favorite trend."
While he admitted in the video caption: "That's probably a personal best tbh..."
Similar to the existing format, he introduces himself with his name before stating what number drink he's on, although he loses track as the footage continues.
"I'm going to be sick," he says at one point, as he gets progressively more drunk throughout the video.
His tie comes off, as does his suit jacket at times as he dances, drinks straight from a prosecco bottle, ends up in sunglasses outside, before he ends the night seemingly fresh-faced in someone's kitchen.
The video, which can be seen here, amassed more than 900,000 views since being posted last week. He also shared the same video a few days later to make it sound on the app, which racked up 1.4 million views alone.
Cornforth's drink list "For those interested, drinks in order: 1. Gin & Tonic 2. PIMMS 3. Guinness 4. Glass of Red Wine 5. Champagne 6. Guinness 7. Gin & Tonic 8. Gin & Tonic 9. Amid the interest in his drink choices, Cornforth revealed exactly what tipples he ingested, which were mainly gin and tonics, with some prosecco and Guinness.
A clip shared the next day claimed he spent £344.69 ($420.59) on G&Ts, £44 ($53.69) on Guinness, £133 ($162.29) on bombs, £80 ($97.62) on Domino's, £3 ($3.66) on coffee and fudge, bringing the total to £604.69 ($737.84).
In an Instagram post he called it "the most expensive night of my life."
Commenting on the selection, Matt Gwilt Music wrote: "Mixing a few there... that's gonna be one hell of a hangover."
To which Cornforth joked: "Can confirm it wasn't fantastic."
Someone else asked how he wasn't sick, to which he revealed: "Sneaky water and a coffee at about 10 p.m."
And addressing people concerned about his alcohol intake, he confirmed: "Appreciate your concern. I don't do this often and definitely have no interest in doing it often."
While in another comment he wrote: "FACTS. Don't recommend this."
Others found the compilation hilarious as Susan Mccaffrey joked: "Hi my name is Sam and I mix my drinks like a mad man."
The Shmitney of Witney observed: "Came alive at 13."
CatieeLou raved: "Iconic from start to finish."
Jonny Davies applauded: "Amazing performance."
RainbowCloudstars commented: "Damnnnnn Sam holds his alcohol very well. I need to try this trend."
Lola joked: "When you got to the 14th drink I was like 'this must be the end now' but it wasn't even halfway."

Gemma with a G. thought: "17th drink animated Sam is my favorite."
Tilda asked: "Sam How are you still standing."
While David Lister reckoned: "This is something ALL Americans need to see to understand us all better."
The U.K.'s National Health Service recommends adults do not drink more than 14 units of alcohol each week on a regular basis.
They explained "14 units is equivalent to six pints of average-strength beer or 10 small glasses of lower-strength wine."
They advised having a few alcohol-free days each week for those looking to cut down, adding: "Spread your drinking over three or more days if you regularly drink as much as 14 units a week."
