All the kitchen appliances are the biggest and best of their kind and include a special dishwasher just for washing wine glasses. That’s a good thing because there’s likely to be a lot of wine drinking going on here; in addition to the wine fridge, the flat includes its own 2,000-bottle wine cellar.
The next level up includes an office and the primary bedroom, the latter of which boasts a wet bar replete with a refrigerator and freezer. The ensuite bathroom includes a digital steam shower and a deep soaking tub.
The next floor is party central. There’s a media room that offers a refrigerator and freezer — if anyone is keeping count, there are at least five fridges in this apartment — along with two more guest bedrooms with private bathrooms, a laundry room, and an small southeastern-facing balcony for watching the sun rise.
