Someone has to have the best rooftop relaxation zone and/or party pad in New York, and this just might be it.

Check it out: there’s a color-changing infinity pool and jacuzzi, with a fireplace right next to that. There’s also a 90-inch outdoor TV, a surround sound system, an outdoor shower, and a built-in kitchen with a 48-inch Wolf grill and side burner along with a sink, ice maker, and refrigerator. And since this penthouse is located in Tribeca, there are unobstructed views of downtown Manhattan.

If that’s not enough outdoor action, the main floor of this apartment includes an additional 1,200-square-foot landscaped terrace with a built-in fire pit and grill. Yep, that’s two outdoor grills and two outdoor fire pits in one lower Manhattan triplex penthouse. The roughly 5,500 square feet of beautifully configured indoor spaces are none too shabby, either.

Interested? Looking for a bachelor pad that puts all other bachelor pads to shame? Need a super-posh pied-à-terre for your estranged wife? Well, be prepared to reach deep into your pockets because this extraordinary downtown condo has a $30 million asking price. Listing agents are Khashy Eyn, Cyrus Eyn, and Cash Bernard, all of Platinum Properties, as the Wall Street Journal first reported.

For those who put a premium on private, there are only six units in the 11-story mid-rise boutique building. The lobby is attended, and while the building obviously can’t compete with much larger ones with laundry lists of amenities, who cares when your own apartment has this many amenities of its own?

The deluxe penthouse’s seller is Simon Posen, a British investor who’s sprinkled several Damien Hirst artworks throughout the apartment. As an early investor in the building, he shelled out a few million to get the project started. He then plunked down $8 million for the penthouse and spent another $5 million or so to customize it.

The results are stunning and the apartment oozes with high-end finishes and fixtures, from vein-cut unfilled travertine flooring, to limestone fireplaces, wenge wood paneling, and a suede-sheathed ceiling in the master. All the kitchen appliances are the biggest and best of their kind and include a special dishwasher just for washing wine glasses. That’s a good thing because there’s likely to be a lot of wine drinking going on here; in addition to the wine fridge, the flat includes its own 2,000-bottle wine cellar.

The next level up includes an office and the primary bedroom, the latter of which boasts a wet bar replete with a refrigerator and freezer. The ensuite bathroom includes a digital steam shower and a deep soaking tub.

The next floor is party central. There’s a media room that offers a refrigerator and freezer — if anyone is keeping count, there are at least five fridges in this apartment — along with two more guest bedrooms with private bathrooms, a laundry room, and an small southeastern-facing balcony for watching the sun rise.

But enough of the interiors! Get on up to the roof. MARCO! POLO!
