Just a month after purchasing a home in University Park, TX, reality TV couple Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici of “The Bachelor” pulled off a successful—and quick—flip.

Let’s rewind. In March, the home landed on the market for $3,995,000. In April, the couple purchased it for $4,096,400. In May, they listed it for $5 million. In June, their gambit paid off with a sale for an undisclosed amount, possibly north of the $5 million they sought.

Marketed as “French transitional,” the custom-built home proved immune to any rumblings of a slowdown in the market. According to the agent, it’s all about location and luxury.

“What makes this home so unique is its availability in one of the hottest neighborhoods in the country. It features top-of-the-line appliances and has a nice pool. But, the real beauty is the location and that the home has been modernized,” says listing agent Rogers Healy.

Inside, the five-bedroom home offers high-end features like a built-in wine cooler, a smart home system, and multiple staircases. Designed for entertaining, it features multiple living areas, a spacious dining room, and a kitchen with a breakfast area.

The spacious primary suite features an exercise room, spa bathroom, and enormous walk-in closet. Three more en suite bedrooms all boast custom window shutters and walk-in closets. On the third floor, there is another bedroom with a full bathroom and several closets.

A spacious game room over the garage could also be transformed into a home office or studio and features a snack bar with refrigerator.

Outside, the backyard loggia has Lutron shades and a fireplace to warm up by after taking a dip in the pool. There is also a built-in kitchen with grill and beverage center, and there’s even a Big Green Egg smoker installed.

While Healy didn’t disclose who the next buyer is, he believes it will be a primary residence for the next homeowner with young children.

“This neighborhood is walking distance to lots of parks and great restaurants,” he says. “The location is really a 10 out of 10. It’s located in what is known as the Park Cities neighborhood, and people call it ‘The Bubble.’ It is just an ideal home for a family.”
